1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the E-ZONE International School website and our educational services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Admission and Enrollment

Admission to E-ZONE International School is granted based on merit, availability of seats, and the fulfillment of all eligibility criteria set forth by the school management and relevant educational boards in Gujarat. The school reserves the right to accept or reject any admission application without assigning a specific reason.

3. Code of Conduct

All students are expected to maintain strict discipline, adhere to the school's dress code, and demonstrate respectful behavior towards faculty, staff, and fellow students. Any breach of discipline, including but not limited to bullying, vandalism, or consistent academic negligence, may result in disciplinary action up to and including suspension or expulsion.

4. Fee Payment and Refund Policy

• Payment: All school fees must be paid within the stipulated deadlines as communicated at the beginning of each academic term.
• Late Fees: Late payments may attract a penalty as decided by the school administration.
• Refunds: Admission fees and tuition fees are generally non-refundable. Specific refund cases (e.g., relocation before the term starts) will be handled strictly in accordance with the school's official fee policy.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, study guides, and digital resources provided by the school are the intellectual property of E-ZONE International School. They are intended solely for the personal, educational use of our enrolled students. Unauthorized distribution, copying, or commercial exploitation of these materials is strictly prohibited.

6. School Transport

If applicable, the school transport facility is a privilege and not a right. Students utilizing the school buses must abide by the transport safety rules. The school holds the right to withdraw transport facilities from any student found misbehaving on the bus.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms, or any other school-related matter, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Morbi, Gujarat.

8. Modifications to Terms

E-ZONE International School reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. We will do our best to notify parents and guardians of significant changes, but it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the revisions.
